Members, in order to better serve you, we will be switching over to a new customer service platform that will go into operation on Monday, May 1. To facilitate the conversion from the old to the new system as of that date, no payments will be accepted between 4:30 PM on Tuesday, April 25 and 8:00 AM Monday, May 1.
Accordingly, your April invoice will reflect electricity consumption for a shorter month, while your May invoice will include the remainder of April’s electricity consumption. Additionally, all staff have been training for the new system since November, but as the conversion date of May 1 approaches, there will be times when our entire member services staff will need to train as a team. In these instances, our lobby will be closed, and our phone systems will roll over to CRC, the company that has handled our weekend and after-hours phone calls for many years.
Accordingly, if you plan to visit our office during normal lobby hours (9 AM – 4 PM, Monday thru Friday), you are advised to call ahead to verify that the lobby will be open when you arrive.
