Interim Rate Surcharge

Rider RS-54 - AEP Applicable to Rate Schedules RS-11-U, CS-11-U, LP-11-U and RS-TOU21-U. Effective for bills rendered on and after August 1, 2016. Bills calculated on the above schedules will be increased by a factor of $0.00177 per KWH. This amount represents the increase in wholesale power charges from American Electric Power effective June 1, 2016.

Rider RS-55 - AEP Applicable to Rate Schedules RS-11-U, CS-11-U, LP-11-U and RS-TOU-2-U. Effective for bills rendered on and after August 1, 2016. Bills calculated on the above schedules will be decreased by a factor of ($0.00210) per KWH. This amount represents the annual true-up for wholesale power charges from American Electric Power for service for the twelve months ending December 31, 2015.

Rider RS-56 - AEP Applicable to Rate Schedules RS-11-U, CS-11-U, LP-11-U and RS-TOU-2-U. Effective for bills rendered on and after August 1, 2016. Bills calculated on the above schedules will be increased by a factor of $0.00741 per KWH. This amount represents the annual increase in wholesale power charges from American Electric Power for transmission service under the PJM OATT tariff for the twelve months beginning June 1, 2016.

Rider RS-57 - SEPA Applicable to Rate Schedules RS-11-U, CS-11-U, LP-11-U and RS-TOU-2-U. Effective for bills rendered on and after August 1, 2016. Bills calculated on the above schedules will be increased by a factor of $0.00299 per KWH. This amount represents the increase in wholesale power charges from Southeastern Power Administration effective April 1, 2016.
