The terms and conditions of the Cooperative are the
written policies that govern how CBEC operates. They are reviewed
and approved by the State Corporation Commission (SCC). All members
receive a copy when they sign up for service. The most recent,
approved Terms and Conditions are posted below in PDF format, which
