The bylaws of the Cooperative are the
written policies that govern how CBEC operates. They are reviewed
and approved by the State Corporation Commission (SCC). All
members
receive a copy when they sign up for service. The most recent,
approved bylaws are posted below in PDF format,
which
requires
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®
to view. It is a free download, but most
browsers already have it installed.
